Celebrate at Walt Disney World During Hispanic & Latin American Heritage Month

Walt Disney World Resort is adding a touch of new magic to celebrate Hispanic & Latin American Heritage Month with five exciting new and returning experiences for guests and their families to enjoy.
From September 15 to October 15, we will honor Hispanic & Latin American Heritage Month with vibrant music that will make guests dance and sing, delectable food and beverage options that offer a taste of various cultures, and much more.
As we gear up for the celebration, here’s what we’re most excited about:

Dance with the Familia Madrigal
Get ready to experience the joy of the limited-time ¡Celebración Encanto! sing-along show, which has been extended to give guests more opportunities to dance, sing, and celebrate with the enchanting Madrigal family at CommuniCore Plaza Stage. Enjoy beloved characters and songs from the film, participate in fun trivia to test your knowledge about Encanto, and catch Bruno and Mirabel who might make a surprise appearance! The show runs several times daily at EPCOT, making it an ideal experience for friends and family.
A Mariachi Experience to Remember

Starting September 15, the traditional sounds of Mariachi will fill EPCOT with the arrival of Mariachi Cobre. This limited-time performance will take place on select days, so guests should keep their eyes open for a familiar face who might drop by to enjoy the music. ¡Qué emoción!
Art Comes to Life
Hispanic and Latin American cultures boast diverse artistic traditions, and Walt Disney World is excited to honor these customs in several ways.
Throughout the year, Disney Springs’ Art Walk will feature a new mural by Nicole Salgar, a Miami-based artist who infuses her Latin heritage into her live-painted works. Her murals combine sci-fi and folk art to offer viewers a fresh perspective.
At Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, guests can learn to draw Dante from Pixar’s “Coco” and meet Ana Ramirez, a Hispanic Pixar animator, at The Animation Experience at Conservation Station.
Art lovers can explore Art of Disney at EPCOT, where they will find paintings, limited-edition prints, and figurines created by Hispanic and Latin American artists. This year’s featured artists include Pixar talents Gaston Ugarte, Ana Lacaze, and Luis Uribe.
Celebrate with Music

No celebration is complete without music! During the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival presented by CORKCICLE, three iconic Latin artists and a lively Orlando-based band will perform at the America Gardens Theatre as part of the Eat to the Beat Concert Series presented by Florida Blue. Don’t miss these performances:
- Luis Figueroa – September 27
- Mau Y Ricky – September 28-29
- Jesse & Joy – September 30
- Latin Ambition – October 1-3
Guests can enhance their experience by purchasing an Eat to the Beat Dining Package, which includes a delicious meal at a select EPCOT restaurant and reserved seating at the shows.
Savor the Flavors

Craving comfort food that reminds you of home? The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival will offer over 30 Global Marketplaces featuring a variety of Hispanic and Latin dishes.
The excitement extends beyond EPCOT, with tasty treats available across Walt Disney World theme parks and Disney Resort Collection hotels. The official Foodie Guide to Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month will be released soon, but here’s a sneak peek: enjoy favorites like the Encanto Cupcake at Pizzafari and Restaurantosaurus at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, and Pollo Guisado at select locations such as the End Zone Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort. Don’t miss the Foodie Guide!
This is just the beginning of a fantastic celebration!
